if you are lucky enough to be in a position to grow your own fruit and vegetables, this is the road that you want to travel.
it takes quite a bit of effort to establish a great garden, to promote good soil and keep the damn bugs of your produce, but in the end it is worth the effort to be able to walk out into your garden and pick fresh produce to top up the plate for your meal.
