Liferegenerator and Durianriders Raw Food Lifestyle

Raw Foods and Athletic lifestyle

I am going to post other peoples content here today as I believe that what is in the videos is a fantastic snippet of the raw food education information that you have to be open to educating yourself to.

I long went passed any thoughts that meat and grains etc were NEEDED for a healthy diet.

I do not even bother debating that particular issue,as I have lived enough of the lifestyle to experience the benefits of a rawfood plant based regime. I do not have an argument with a person, who needs to tell me we must have animal products in our diets for optimal health.

I just choose to follow examples of people who walk the talk and exhibit a healthy lifestyle based on a  energetic vegan,  plant based regime.

In forums I hang out in, I see conversations flow that seek to label what is the requirement for a 100% raw food tag, or if you eat a certain quantity of dairy can you be a vegan, what,, or if, you can have a portion of cooked foods and still LABEL yourself a raw foodist.

Where as the argument may be a moot point if it involves a GURU trying to sell you on a product and claim to be a holy roller and as pure as the driven snow in regards to their dietary habits, it is not a good thing for the lifestyle as a whole to be seen as having an elitist  element.

Getover it !……. if you are blessed with the spiritual understanding of the ethos behind  rawfood diet and life style, share it and encourage people along the way.

I personally do not care if a soul has cooked food, within a large percentage of raw foods, as I know it is a better  option then a non conscious form of eating.

Do I know that it will make it difficult at some stage for them …Yes .. as I have been through it but it does not mean their journey is any less valid. I believe in an ethical abstinence of meat  and cultivate the  of the benefits of sustainability by adopting plant based organic food production.

That said we are far away from the perfect world that this beautiful planet could be, so the need to adjust for a circumstance is always necessary.

If your intent is noble and your resolve is based on an integrity that is part of your immovable values, you will evolve to a more conscious and easy way of integrating a raw food life style into your world.

The following two videos are off  You tube and are two guys that  are  saying the same  thing that to be successful you need to eat fruit, get veggies nuts and seeds and lead a active lifestyle.

The first video is by a guy Dan McDonald and the youtube channel is liferegenerator.

Dan is just undertaken a 6 week bike tour and is passionate about juices and keeping real. Dan has a more spiritual side to his message, his reference to God and needing to understand love is not as I perceive, rooted in a cliche fundamentalist view, but an appreciation of understanding the greater message,  and his tag line of “can you dig it” is great.

The second video is Harley Johnson and his youtube channel is Durianriders.

Harley is a more in your face dude and a hard core bike rider, who has a tendency to say things as he sees them.

He  may come across, as lacking a degree of empathy or compassion if you only hear, or read a couple of his comments.  I have read enough of his material to believe that the underlying message, is a genuine caring about people or “peps” getting it right, and not suffering or even dying as a result of misinformation about what is required for a successful approach to a raw foods lifestyle.

As always let me know what progress you are making with

your……Athletic Lifestyle……
