I have been pondering on if you need some of the new fangled sport drinks or sports supplements to achieve your athletic potential if you are on a raw food diet.
You see lots of advertising geared towards expensive additives and supplements for athletes and I wonder it it is again the strive for the dollar that is the engine of the marketing train , not any long term results for the athlete involved.
How are you tackling your race nutrition……….?
