Fasting for performance
A lot of times when you are fueling your self for performance it is not only the quantity or quality of food you take in but the digestion as well.
This is where a 3 day water fast can give you a good clean out and a start point to reset the system.
Obviously if you wanted to completely give your self a reset you engage in a complete rest and fast but this 3 day water fast is a good starting point if you want to start a clean out.
