There are lots of sheeple who will always be challenged by an idea that requires courage and open mindedness to examine.

Every time we take on board somebodies opinion of ourselves we give away our power.
A favorite quote of mine from Byron Katie encourages us to remember "what somebody else thinks of me is none of my business"

Take heart that you are an event in the life of those who come into contact with you, it is not approval you need to seek or require, your joy is the celebration of your life.

Hey take of your shoes go for a walk, run, or skip ,you will find your true self through gratitude of every present moment, learning to embrace the uniqueness that is you.

what do you fear to do because nobody else does it, but it feels right for you.?

Pretty much everything. I'm such a conformist I make myself sick with worry. I eat a 100% raw food diet and the stress of being around cooked fooders and their predictable questions is hard. It's not so much the questions they ask but their tones. Most cooked foodists are almost rude in their questioning. It's like they ask questions to try and make me look stupid. They're defensive most of the time.

what do you hide uder the covers, because you are worried what somebody else thinks?

My true self. I don't even know me I'm so buried.
