Lifestyle,Barefoot Simplicity,Gratitude

What I will always Appreciate about the lifestyle I have got,

is I am always open to learning more, and sharing what I have and when I experience loss to be able to

understand  that what I had was just a temporary thing.

I was a meat eating, hard drinking man but that has gone away will it come back I don’t know but for now I kick of

my shoes and go for a

Barefoot run

and know it is about a question of consciousness not about a fad

We all want to hold on to our truths that maybe donot serve us well anymore and end up paying a dear price for it in some manner or form,

whenever we try something new, let it be to expand our ability to be conscious of our reasons for believing or taking the action.

We strut around with so many things on our plate sometimes it is good to be reminded of the simple things of life
