Raw Food and Fad Diets

I know that to some I appear to be a bit on the outside fringe !!!!!
Yes I prefer to eat a raw foods based diet and take my shoes to off to go running, but for me I know what to eat and I
have been through a fair bit of learning in respect of the barefoot running, training and fitness.
What I forget at times is that there are many of you that want to try something different in respect to a diet but get lost in the maze of information that is out there and all demanding your attention.
If you are looking at changing your dietary habits to a healthy and more conscious eating pattern then I will suggest that you do get to talk to people that have made a similar transition and/or get involved with a program or course that will give you a guideline to follow.

It is a course called Easy Veggie Meal Plans and is designed for a easy an not complicated transition into the world of eating habits that rely on plant based food source.
It is not my intention to convert souls to plant based diet patterns so do not bother to write me and tell me how eating dead animal is neccassary to get protien
etc etc as I have made my decision and fare well on it and if it is something you have any inclination to look at then go here
Kardenda is a raw foodist but has provided a great resource for people interested in changing a dietary habit for a conscious lifestyle that will see a weight loss effect and life quality increase without feeling as if there Is No life with out Chocolate.
