Barefoot Running is not a Fad

As some would like to see it, as we as humans got around without footwear for a long time whereas in obvious situations it is useful for protection and comfort It is not a necessity that is required for us to be able to run.

I have just done a quick video on a couple of exercises that are good for barefoo trunning transition
