Planatar Fasciitus and the transition to Barefoot running

I have been always happy to be called on my actions if I say one thing and act another way and I have maintained for awhile I believe Learning to run Barefoot has helped with my ankle problem that I had.
Unfortunately I have run into a problem (pardon the pun) of plantar fasciitus and have had to work through rehabilitation of that which is going well by following the methods outlined in the video below I put together

I am having chronic plantar fasciitis, and stopped running for almost 3 months. It is still persistent despite all the conventional treatment I have been using (except the steroid injection). I wonder if by doing some barefoot running would help.

    Hi James

I am not a doctor and cannot give you any medical advice, but for me I used the ice and taping routine that I out lined in my post http://www.watzzupsport.com/541/barefoot-running-injury/ and the other stretching outlined in http://www.watzzupsport.com/566/planatar-fasciitus-and-the-transition-to-barefoot-running/
    hope this helps.

I have now got over the PF problem
