Raw food Protein Myths and The athlete

If you beginning to look at what’s involved in a raw food eating lifestyle. You will probably come up at some time about information regarding for raw food protein myths and sustainability for the athlete.

You can make delicious meals and smoothies with raw ingredients that would give you all the protein, fats, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and nutrients that you ever need.

Some studies have shown that diets mainly consisting of animal protein can cause a significant increase in blood acidity. In response to this, stored calcium from the bones leaks out into circulating blood to act as a buffer.

I would never suggest to go straight to a raw food diet from an unconscious eating pattern,by that I mean accepting all that you have been told about what constitutes a healthy eating routine.

It takes more than a thought to decide to go to a raw food and way of life, even to commit to a vegetarian lifestyle is something that requires an understanding of all aspects of nutrition and obtaining the correct sources for your own desires and needs

Whereas all humans will break their food source, down to simple sugars for use by the body. the psychological impact of even changing to a lifestyle that doesn’t require meat to be of  vigour and vitality, is one that should not be lightly overlooked.

Too often, what happens is the lifestyle that is accepted as the norm is often run by vested interest groups that does not have your health as the main objective but have more so, the agender of profit.

I cannot say with any proof other than living a lifestyle that prefers to eat raw foods, and by raw foods I mean fruits

that can be consumed without any other preparation than peeling, washing, or breaking open a shell and green leafy vegetables.

I would never set the scene that, if you’re not following this type of eating regime, you are not doing the right thing to your body.

There are many other aspects of making a conscious eating choice other than food itself ,the various industries that are attached to the way our current food chain is grown and distributed heavily  impact a world in which we live, both ecologically and in the relationship with all other life on this planet.

There are so many factors that weigh in to speaking of the raw food, dietary pattern. As an athlete, I am conscious of what goes into my body and what it does to me. If I was a lone voice speaking about food choice, that was available to consume from the time, we were set upon this earth, Irrespective of what origin we may have had .I would expect to be seen as some radical idealist but there are many high profile people who live the lifestyle and achieve both the results as an athlete, and consciously growing people.

If you have a question on any aspect, why not leave it in the comments, and I will most happily try to answer for you.
