As far as i know Mr Emerson was not a sportsman but his word can inpire many who have a concience thinking about their part in the world.
No mater if it be the reason you get out on the track for your PB or are getting the children up in the mornig life will allways dictate its terms unless you get hold of your purpose if your purpose is based in who you are and your achievments, you will do so as ascribed to your needs when you have a purpose that takes you to greater than what you think you are then life takes on another dimension.
Who is the someone who makes you do what you can, not what you think you can.
The very best athletes, entertainers, and business leaders all have someone in their corner that they can go to for advice, leadership, and teaching. Sadly, the average person has no coach or, even worse, allows himself to be influenced by those who have never achieved a high level of success.
If you don’t already have one, make it a goal to find a mentor who will help fine-tune your game, hold you accountable, and who is not afraid to criticize when necessary.
