  In attempting to find the direction to comment on as my injury will see me out of competition for at least this season,I will be speaking more of alternate training and approach to triathlon,
 sport,health,physical and mental fitness.</description>

I especially like 2 things you said - strength is speed and how they breakdown training by sport and emphasis on core conditioning. I couldn&#039;t agree with you more about the importance of core conditioning--it gets short shrift so many other places that I&#039;ve just learning getting into it only the last couple months. Nice find.</description>
