Training and depression

I found this fascinating quote today:

Taking care of yourself physically is imperative when dealing with depression. Regular exercise and eating right isn’t necessarily going to cure your condition, but if you’re sedentary and have a poor diet this will only make things worse. Get out of bed at a decent hour even if you don’t feel like it and don’t allow yourself to indulge in junk food or sugary snacks, even if they temporarily make you feel better.
