Over the silly season I have had a break off from both training and work, I run my own business at www.rjssss.com
This time of rest I have managed to put on 10kg and at 92kg I am an unfit and lazy entity at this present time.
We all speak of New years resolutions and get caught up in the energy of the moment.
Adam Kayce at http://monkatwork.com/ has a great article on New years resolutions
At the pointy end of seeing any change, the decisions you make in the moment to moment, living in the now, is what will be the next step you take to where ever you want to go.
To this end I am making a move to put this Blog on a wordpress operating system so it is going to be a bit of a challenge for awhile getting every thing working again as it is another learning curve I have to go through.
I have had this blog up for a number of years and I have changed it from being a forum for the club I was with at the time, to a travel log of various races and journey’s I have done and participated in, evolving as I go.
Thanks for all those who have taken the time to read and communicate with me.
I have noticed for me, that I find the relationship between sport and a lifestyle has consistant markers of contentment, acheivment and mastery of ones selfe, that have far reaching impact on every aspect that we find ourselves going through, on this journey of life we are on.
When all the dust settles with the change over I will be still reporting on Triathlon and Multisport events but I will be attempting to look at the relationships of mental health, motivation, and how the role of sport and the commitment to the life style affects aging and a persons worth to them selves and the community they live in.
As well as reveiws and other stuff that I think will be relevant ,to stepping up to the start line of this most wonderfull life we have the opportunity to be active participents in.
